Each boxed candles retails for $15 - and your organization receives $6 for every candle sold.
Raising $500 only requires selling 84 candles!

In choosing NOLA Soap Works for your fundraising event, you have selected a company that offers some of the finest hand-crafted soy candles on the market today. The ingredients in our 100% all natural soy wax candles have been extensively tested to ensure you a unique sensory experience that is completely environmentally friendly. Our pure soy wax candles are better for the Earth and healthier for the home. They burn longer, cleaner and cooler than any paraffin wax candle. They remain fragrant from your first light to the final flame. Our 8 oz. soy candle will burn for 45-55 hours, almost 50% longer than a similar sized paraffin candle.
When we say 100% coconut soy wax, we mean it.. We use only domestically grown soy wax made from pure soybean oil, grown right here in the good old USA. It’s all natural and biodegradable, Kosher certified and not tested on animals. Our wax is free of petroleum products, palm wax, beeswax, paraffin wax or any other kind of wax. The glasses we use are recyclable and/or reusable as well.

Step One - Collect Orders
Our 8 oz. Soy Candles are delivered individually boxed and labeled. The exterior label on the box can be printed with your fundraising group name or organization at no extra charge. Order forms are available on line for easy downloading, picturing the candles and listing all fragrances available for sale. Sellers take orders for a period of time you designate. Customers are requested to pay when placing an order. Checks from purchasers should be made payable to your organization. Fundraiser sellers then turn in orders and all funds to the Fundraising Director.
Step Two - Submit Orders and Payment
Orders are transferred to our Master Order Form using Google Sheets.
KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER FORMS. You will need these to distribute your candle orders. An invoice will be sent to the Fundraising Coordinator where you can pay by credit card or ACH payments. Remember you keep from 40% of the proceeds depending on the total number of units sold. The more you sell,the more money you make.
Step Three - Deliver Candles
Candles are delivered within 10 to 14 days. Delivered orders are presorted by participant name. It is up to each participant to sort/deliver their candles.Delivery to the New Orleans Metro area is no charge. Shipping charges are additional for outside the area.
